Linda assisted our family with the sale of my Mother's primary residence. As our selling agent she was fantastic, she got our home sold within the window before our new home closed, that was a stressful time but she was very patient with us, providing moral support and insight, guiding us through the process. He found my dream home. He is very experienced, professional, pay attention to details and very attentive. He even took my kitchen drawer to fix and bring back to me. Tim was an amazing person and agent. He was always available to help us out and answer any questions we had. He assisted us with negotiations and strategies .with the process of home inspection. He was Responsive to our needs. Tim offered to preview homes for us and even on one rainy night came out to meet my daughter to check out a possible home. We are from out of state and his local knowledge allowed us to find a home that was perfect to our needs and hit all the buttons. We felt comfortable working with Tim and never doubted his abilities and desire to help us find the perfect place. I’m thrilled that we had the opportunity to work with Tim. Tim was our realtor, for our first home purchase that we closed on this past week. He was absolutely a perfect fit for my wife and I. He was responsive any time or day of the week, and was so knowledgeable along the way. He helped us in any way that he could and really had valuable insight at all stages of buying/looking. I think the best thing however was that he is a very nice and pleasant man. It made the process feel less intimidating and long. Just sold my house in two weeks! Can't say enough thank-you to Tim! Tim helped me find this nice house 10 years ago when I needed to travel from NJ to PA to work. Later he helped recruit several decent tenants for me when I used this house as a rental property. This time, I had to count on his profession one more time to sell it. He did lots of homework and is very knowledgeable on what he does. He is not pushy and he will not ignore your concerns. We completely trust his insights, opinions and advises.
